Learner permit renewal and waiting lists

    Hi all.

    My learner permit is expiring in February and I've applied for my test but have been put on a waiting list.

    Am I still able to renew my permit without a fixed date given the backlog? I failed a test in late 2018 and have been out of the country since so I don't believe I can use that notification of failure as a way to renew.
