Best broadband router for parental control

Have a TP Link VR400. Useless as far as trying to whitelist or blacklist websites. Been onto support and best solution they can offer is to repeat exactly everything I have done 50 times already, and then the old universal first level solution to every single IT problem ... reboot your router. Clowns. So. Any one got any…
