What is the pick of th small car range theses days? For me it looks like either the new Peugeot 208 or Renault Clio closely followed by new Hyundai i20

That new i20 it much to take in! Would have to see it in the flesh but it looks a bit strange.

New Fiat 500 or Honda E are worth a mention.

I think the new Hyundai i2o looks good but the Clio is the current best Supermini. The New Dacia Sandero is actually very good now too but not out till Feb but yes compared to the Clio and 208 it would still be loaded inside and not have as nice as dash but it's still very good.

For the money, the Dacia will be very good.
Take the price out of it and understandably it’s outclassed.

Had a go in the new (well, current) Fiesta lately and was very disappointed with it.

I don’t like the look of the Honda E personally.

Budget? The new toyota yarris gr looks insane fun. 3 cylinder with 260+ bhp.

    Vomit inducing price though

Oh if only to win the lotto.

What fun could be had with that little machine.

I was surprised actually that Lottie Ryan only got a standard Yearis from Toyota and not one of these but then she would probably have to do an advanced driving course to drive one.

A high specced Ibiza on 0% finance doesn’t seem like a bad buy

She blagged the car off Toyota Long Mile rather than Toyota Ireland.

I know the Honda E was dismissed above as a bit of a marmite, but I'd still look towards Honda to provide a much overlooked Dark Horse in the Jazz.
Another lotto winning electric mini might be the BMW i3.

    This too shall pass.

Not sure what I think of the new Jazz

If you don't think you'd like it then don't go for it. I only mention it for the sake of covering all bases. Few years ago looking for a decent Corolla and ended up with a Civic, in the times when Toyota were the pinnacle of reliability, Honda weren't far off either.

    This too shall pass.

Is the Clio Hybrid worth the money? A lot to pay for a small car

Ye Honda seem to have gone backwards there. It's very dull looking inside and out and actually looks I think like an MPV from the outside. I think the last model was much better looking and better overall.
