Gas boiler install cost in Waterford

I purchased a house with an old gas boiler behind the fireplace, I’ve priced a new one from an installer locally for new standard boiler, relocation of it in house, zoning and remote access(ie turning heating on via phone) Price was €3900 and that included grant! Does that sound about right?
