    https://www.galwaycity.ie/recycling-centre

I'm not sure there is a free option funny enough. What I read on the Liosban recycling centre's website is cardboard isn't accepted and should be recycled in your home bins.

This might be another option: https://www.citybin.com/for-home/drop-off/

If you purchased the goods from a shop they will take it back from you to recycle, other than that you have to pay unless you have the Green Bin.

I have clear plastic refuses bags... I also have a cardboard cutter (great to have)...

I just cut it up and put in clear bags and during collection day I put beside my Green Bin... Bags aren't over filled and neat. Lads are great and they collect it.

I think they take a max 3 bags but I haven't tested it...

This is a really safe and effective cutter... Not using a razor...
