    Hi All

I am changing mortgage provider and my solicitor has requested I get a Certificate of Compliance and Declaration of Identity. I only bought the house 4 years ago. I have done a small extension for which I obtained planning for but everything else is the same. Is it really necessary in this case? I have been quoted €500 so Id rather not have to. Thanks

Check with the solicitor who acted for you on the purchase
