Actually rephrase. Is mungret the only location?

Or is there somewhere on Ballysimon ?

There was a place near the Canal, next to the cash and carry but I'm not sure if they closed their recycling centre there.

Harvey Norman accept all kitchen appliances for recycling, regardless of whether you purchase anything from them.
It's in the Faq's on their website.

There is, across from the NCT centre, it's right on the corner. Drive up outside the reception and just tell them what your dropping off, they will tell you where to put it. The usually have bins for appliances, etc.
