Hi, got a smart TV recently with freeview channels on it. However when you click into watch any of the channels it looks for your postcode. I haven't put in anything yet. Can we access these channels if we use our Irish postcode or is there a way to access these channels?

Unless you can get a signal from a UK transmitter you won't get any Freeview channels.

If it has Freesat then connect a dish to the television and the postcode will tell the television what UK region to use for the programme guide.

What is the model number of the television?
