Posting this for a friend, though I do wish it was me!
They'd want a 3080 GPU for the gaming/streaming aspect, and would prefer an AMD Ryzen build. Thanks in advance.

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Gaming (Cyberpunk on Ultra), streaming, some work

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes/No] No

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? 1TB HDD

    5. Do you need a monitor? [Yes/No] No

5a. If yes, what size do you need. [19'/20'/22'/24'/etc.] N/A

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? 2560x1080 main monitor, 1980x1080 two side monitors

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [Keyboard/Mouse/Wireless Card/Card Reader/Speakers/etc.] No

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Yes/No] Yes

    8. How can you pay? [Bank Transfer/Credit Card/Laser] Any

You will have to wait until February March if you want the newer cheaper faster amd cpu and faster nvidia video cards or you will pay same price or more for the slower and CPUs and nvidia video cards
Unless you go to eBay and pay double normal price

    Danish shop
Proshop.de lists all it's orders and how many they have sent out or trying to send out backorder it will give you an idea what supply is for each card in europe

In January you will pay more taxes on uk purchases due to brexit
Uk companies might not ship to Ireland or the north

There's no point in buying a machine for 3K, not unless you're including something like a G9 in there to replace your monitors. The 3090 is within a few % of the 3080 - it's a massive fall off in diminishing returns. You're better off buying in the high end now and keeping the machine high end by spending the surplus and selling on the parts as newer parts come out.

Target the 5900X and 3080 for an overkill build unless you are going with something like the G9 then the extra VRAM might be useful. 32GB of 3600 CL 16 RAM is plenty also.

Edit: Cyberpunk 2077 won't really run on Ultra on current (and I'm talking 30-series here) gen PCs not at decent frame rates at higher resolutions anyway. It was either designed to 'stay relevant' for years to come or is extremely poorly optimised. I think it's a combination of both personally.
