Imagine SIM issue.

    Does anyone know why the hell every time my Imagine router powers down for more a few hours i end up with an issue with my SIM that require an engineer call out.

    Third time this in last few months. Power cut last night and when the router powers up NO connection.

    Experiencing the exact same issue - no support available from Imagine until 27th. In all your support visits, did the engineer reveal any fixes that might work for yourself? Besides the usual turn off/on approach.

    Buy a ups. I was plagued here for years with the trip switch tripping randomly, best money I ever spent. I'm using an APC ES-700 on each sky box and one for the routers.
