Hi. I have tried different mobile broadband towers at home. Eir, Three and Vodafone. The eir and three mobile broadband are both unlimited and my best speed is 8-9mbps. The Vodafone mobile tower is 300gb a month and I always get speeds of 50-60mbps. Can anyone explain why I get such a drastic difference in speeds. Living in Swords central. Thanks

What device are you using ?
Make sure the device supports all of the LTE bands that are being used by all of the operators, L7, L8, L18, L21.
Also make sure that the device supports Carrier aggregation between all 4 LTE bands which will provide faster throughput.
If you are in Swords Central @ Pavillion , you should have excellent eir LTE coverage and also 5g coverage , so I think it may be the capability of the handset/ device that you are using .

Your own post explains it. Eir/Three have no limit, everyone uses as much as they can. Congested. Vodafone apply a cap, users have restraint, not nearly as congested.
