35 622 versus 35 700 -whats the difference?

    what is the difference between 35-622 and 35-700 tyres

    i have cyclocross bike and am looking to get replacement tyres
    current tyres are schwalbe 35-622
    Will 35-700 tyres do
    a bike like this

    622 tyres are marketed as 700c tyres. They are the same thing, so you'll be fine with 35-700

    yep, 700mm is the outer diameter of the tyre (though this is not a precise measurement and 622mm is the bead seat diameter, i.e. the inner diameter of the tyre.
