    Not that I didn't have enough issue with eir now they randomly add a 14.67 euro fee coming from nowhere,
    When asking them they replied I:

    “I can see you were charged for part period charges of 14.66. Part period charges generally occur on your first and last bill or when a new product or service is added to your account. It is a charge for the service from when your service went active to the next billing date.
    https://www.eir.ie/support/billing/Part-period-charges-explained/“;

    However, I never changed anything to my contract or added anything...
    Anyway, they said they waived this fee (no excuse or sorry, just ”we waived this fee” which I can still see as “owed” on my account anyway.

    But no, it’s not all! My monthly price suddenly increased (coming from nowhere, no emails or nothing and while I’m still under a promotion contract)

    my broadband was 54.99€ but they increased to 56.98€and standard price thereafter - €93.97 (also increased)

    So not only they part of the worst customer service ever but now they also stilling.
