Food/Drink subscription for couple?

I'm looking for a moderately fancy Irish based food/drink subscription for a couple. She's vegetarian and he's not, both fairly easygoing about it, but I'm struggling to find something that's not too cheap but not exorbitantly expensive, I'd be hoping to spent 150-300 for a year's worth. Any ideas?
