External spotlight/ down light refurb

    Hi,

    Exterior down lights are one by one no longer working. I haven’t been up to the higher ones yet but the lower one was intermittent (so not just a simple bulb change, I did try that).

    I attach a photo of the current setup, and I wonder if it’s best to change the lot and put in some modern LED or something else reliable.

    What is the simplest option. I will yet someone who knows what they are doing to install but I want to get any fittings etc first. What do I need?
