    Yes but as they said he effectively helped prove that the legislation is rock-solid by challenging it so much over many years.

    Most further challenges against the CAB brought by other subsequent scumbags can be quickly batted off by referring to the points of law created by the challenges that he brought but which all ultimately failed.

    He apparently clocked up €15 million in legal fees that were via legal aid, how in the jaysus is that right?
