Can anyone recommend a pour-over liquid to clear algae (no pressure washing)?

For a small roof and patio area.

I bought some Chlorus from my local agri-op at the weekend and using a knapsack sprayer used it on a concrete drive way.

The recommended dilution is 10 to 1 for algae cleaning, however putting on slates, they may discolour: see the thread above.

My driveway was very bad with moss and slime so I went a bit stronger. :)
left it on for several hours and then the really heavy rain came, the moss was bleached white and just bounced up in the rain drops. scarey.

    Driveway is perfect this morning

A mix of a biological washing powder should also do the trick, I use it on moss on tarmac.
You can also just sprinkle the powder directly on the stubborn areas.

I use it on that 'witches brew' algae and it really does dry it out.
I buy a large box of cheap non brand stuff and it works a treat.

BAC Benzalkalonium chloride is much longer lasting than chlorine based cleaners.
It will kill moss and algae and last for months applied properly.
I have used both but for long lasting effect you can't beat BAC.
All you do is mix it up and water it on with a watering can.

    Have you an Irish supplier?
