Can't Pressurise Boiler

Grateful for any help Boiler pressure is at 0 and while the heating works now I'm concerned that it may not over Christmas. As a bit of background we had a new kitchen put in and one rad was moved. Boiler pressure is at 0 and while the heating works now I'm concerned that it may not over Christmas. As a bit of background we had a new kitchen put in and one rad was moved. Boiler was serviced about 4 weeks ago.

Usually I just open the valve but when I do that now, nothing happens, cant hear anything etc.

There were some air locks in some of the rads but they all look OK now. I've attached pics of boiler & hotpress set up.
