Roaming sim as main sim in Ireland?

Looking to get a sim on Vodafone's network with unlimited data to use in a router as my main internet. Vodafone's only option without the 10Mbps restriction is €45/month and a 12 month contract. Does anyone know of any networks from other countries in Europe which have free roaming with unlimited data at a cheaper price that I could use?

Vodafone X Pay as you go plan on Vodafone Ireland will give you unlimited data for €20 per month. It's just capped at 10mb speeds but I'm not sure if that speeds restriction is always enforced. Maybe someone using it can confirm.

That’s what I’m currently on. They weren’t sticking to the cap and we were getting over 100Mbps at times. Now it’s less than 10 and it keeps cutting out

    Hello,

Look at Voxi the 25 GB roamingcap isn't in use for years.

“ If you use our services outside of the UK for more than 50% of a rolling 4 month period we will send you a text requesting that you moderate your use of our services. If your use of our services outside the UK continues to exceed 50% of your total usage in the two weeks following such a request this usage will fall outside our Acceptable Use Policy and we will impose further charges on your account or reserve the right to disconnect or restrict your service.”

Also the unlimited data is more expensive than in Ireland.

Roaming under the EU regulations is expensive for the home network. Few if any will allow customer to use a sim/account exclusively or mainly for roaming as it is unprofitable.
