WTD: touring / rigid MTB disc frameset... cheap :)

    I've finally decided that I can't really carry on with my Genesis CdF as a touring/cargo bike, especially with panniers and a loaded FollowMe tandem attached - it's just way too flexy.

    I'm looking for a cheap but unforgivably rigid second-hand frameset to replace it.

    It has to be:
    1/ Disc.
    2/ eyeletted
    3/ Around 58cm / Large (I'm 6'2)
    4/ Preferrably steel

    Also, if anyone has seen a Trek 520 Disc, Tour De Fer, Spa Cycles Wayfarer or similar at a bargain price, I might be interested in stretching my budget.

    I don't mind heavy! as long as it does not flop under load :)

    Looks super heavy duty, and future-proof in terms of internal gearing. But, the budget........

    So I've pulled the trigger on the Intec M5 in metallic blue. Oh, impatient me ;D

    Let's see if the extra 2cm of ETT will make a flat bar necessary... I hope not.
