My son is doing TY in a restaurant for 2 weeks, he's getting on well so they have asked him can he come in when his TY is finished and do some part time work, now he asked me if it was ok but i said im not sure as it may effect my WFP, now i have looked on line and found this,
The following payments do not count as family income:
Any income your children may have.
now not sure if this means any part time work he does,he's 16,
    anyone with experience of this,thanks.

Your son's wages won't affect your WFP, my daughter is 18 and has been working for past two years part time and I've never put it on the form nor been asked about her earnings. well done to your son, I work in a cafe, as does my daughter, nepotism is alive and well ;-), and we have a few part timers who started off in TY work experience.
