I managed to connected a smart monitor to my previous house, but I'm a bit confused with the setup here.

First am'I safe to say that the house here is mono phase (see attached picture, I'm pretty sure but just checking).

Second (a bit of topic) my landlord have a house next door, and he connect his meter to my ESB meter (he have a meter on his fuse box and he subtract his number of kWh and pay me manually the different, I suppose his wiring would connect straight to my ESB meter and not my fuse box right?)

Anyway, coming back to the wires.

    Here is the instruction:

I've deal with french electricity before but im a bit lost here, would you be able to tell me which neutral cable I should use ?

the device setup manual is here, I didn't use it for a good 5 years...

Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's a single phase, and I have to connect to one of theses phase, I suppose I can try all of them one by one... (I assume the last one on the right is the RDC)

Dude... if you're looking for a neutral (I think you mean live) in the fuse-box... then I'd have say that you should put the cover back on and step away from the box. That's nowhere to be looking to connect in a remote meter.
Best have an electrician assist with that.
