I employed a plumber to install oil heating but also to incorporate the existing solid fuel stove as backup. Everything went perfect until I lit the stove and the circulation pump failed to pump water to the rads. I rang the plumber on 3 occasions to inform him about the problem and he said he'd call back, the solid fuel pump was also cutting in when the oil pump was heating the water in the cylinder, yesterday morning the solid fuel pump burned itself out. Can anyone tell me who is at fault here? I assume it's the plumber as he didn't do the job that he was paid to do.
