Base.com - do they use An Post or courier?

Hi, can anybody tell me what delivery method Base.com use to Ireland? I ordered a game which was dispatched 25 Nov, still no sign of it. Base.com have said there's no tracking number and are giving me no information as to who the parcel might be with.
