Hi, I'm planning to buy a used car in Northern Ireland in mid December 2020, due to the backlog in getting a VRT appointment it sounds like it could be January before I can bring it in to pay the VRT. look for a cancellation date, you may be lucky. Otherwise you've missed the boat (or actually not.....)
