I like using them although I don't have much tyre wall.. 265/30 r20. There seems to be a fair bit of an argument either way. What do you people like using on your tyres? I'm currently using Meguiars hot shine. Find it very good, tyres stay nice and black in between regular washings so I'm not using it every wash, usually around once a week depending on the weather.. is silicone spray a no.no? I have wurth silicone spray and it says you may use as a tyre dressing. .

I've used a fair few tyre dressing over the years. At the moment I am alternating between AutoFinesse Satin and Meguiar's Endurance Tyre Gel.
I was never a big fan of Meguiar's products, but I find this tyre dressing really good. Lasts from a week up to several weeks depending on the weather. AutoFinesse Satin is good as well, give a more matt finish but not as long lasting.

I used Autoglym Tyre Dressing for years but won't go near it now. It slings off and covers the paintwork.

Regarding the Silicone spray, don't bother. If it gets on the tyre tread or brake discs it could be dangerous.

I'm using Reflect auto care tyre dressing. Tbh it's not bad in how it lasts on the tyre but when I'm finished the bottle I'll probably move onto something more gel like. I find the stuff from reflect very solvent and it has stained the cobble block on garden as well, almost like an oil stain.
