I haven't used my account in over 6 months but there is still €10 in it and when I tried to close it. It said I need to transfer the remaining balance out of the account. But if i do that what happens to the fees that are due?

    Hi kellier180,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

If you bring the account balance to zero we will waive any outstanding fees when closing the account. The system will apply them on the date it is closing and they are manually refunded to allow the closure to go through.

    Thanks
    Tara
