Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Thanks for that.

    Eventually got into the queue after about a 20 minute wait and through to a very nice staff member who went through the whole process in around 5 minutes including a bit of a chat.

    It’s done via video link so if you have a webcam facility available it’s quicker when you do get through, but you can still type in the answers to his/her responses if you don’t have a camera.
