If you pop the bonnet. Look on the tray where the windscreen wipers are look for the drains also d out in the side. U will find there all blocked causing water to leak into the car prob through the heater fan area. Have this check ASAP so as you don’t get any control modules wet.
It wouldn’t be like audis to get the drains blocked and water leak it. It’s quite common.

    Is fan ON/running/change speed?
    Is there airflow from fan?

    This.

You'll likely find leaves, mud, etc...there will be a little lake of water sloshing around in the area under the scuttle (the plastic bit hiding the wiper mechanism). You can usually scoop out the blockage or push it through the drain hole(s). The water will then flow freely away through the engine bay.

Agree with the rest of the lads about water getting into the car.
Are you using the air con on the car.
It will help dry it out as well

Where do the drain holes go?

Is it just out to the ground?

Turn the AC on to clear it.

unless the water drain hose from the air con is blocked in which case the water is possibly leaking on to the floor.

Give the inside of the window a good clean. Dirt and grime attract condensation.

You'd have to trust VAG to locate sensitive electronics is the one place that any leaks or liquid spills will accumulate - the floor pan. It never made sense to me to locate the BCM there. There are literally dozens of places it could be put that would be more appropriate for multiple reasons. Even not having to remove the seat, trim and carpet to access the BCM is reason enough not to put it underneath the footwell. Are their design engineers just incompetent or do they make a concious effort to place critical parts in deliberately stupid and inappropriate locations?

If you find the drain holes, rip out the little plastic spout with the slit shaped thing for draining. Again, another stupid design decision which was 100% guaranteed to cause problems. VAG cars are not designed with life beyond the dealer forecourt in mind.

Assuming you checked the drains etc. Make sure air settings are not set for recirculation. Check do you have A/C and does it work? Full fan, no recirculation, air directed to windscreen is best way to clear windscreen. If its very bad sometimes opening a window slightly can help. Often there is an indicator of best positions to clear windscreen, with a mark often in red. When car has warmed up directing hot air at windscreen can help, particularly if car has no a/c. Certain weather conditions such as freezing rain can make everything worse.

My experience is that it's often a simpler cause and solution than mechanical defects.

Every time you or others get in to your car in winter, unless it's garaged at the end of all journeys, the ground is usually wet and your shoes are transferring this moisture to the car mats, hence the condensation on the windows. Try taking the mats out and drying them near a fire, with a hairdryer, fan heater or dehumidifier.

I have been known to run a lead out to my car and run a fan heater on low, together with a dehumidifier in the car to suck the moisture from the carpets, matts and upholstry.

A clogged pollen filter will also result in fogging because the fresh air won't be able to get in to the car.
