Cheap and cheerful laptop with IPS screen

Hi folks looking for a budget laptop for writing/browsing with an IPS screen. My current laptop is a Dell Inspiron 3000 Pentium Gold with an SSD drive and it runs quick and smooth but the TN screen is an eye killer.
