I have a multi stove fitted for about 5/6 years, but for some reason I never added the stainless flue, is it possible to retrofit one now and is it worth it?
I presume my only way would be from the chimney down,as have no intention ot taking stove out and breaking fire seals etc.

You have to take the stove out.
How do you intend to connect it to the stainless flue without doing so.... it’s not possible.
Unless you have some chimney issues that can be addressed by retrofitting a stainless liner, I wouldn’t go to to the bother.

I kind of thought that, but someone told me it was possible from above without removing stove.
No issues with stove or chimney, bar big draw on fire when windy, so probably leave well enough alone
