Subscribed but still can’t change boards username ?

I followed the help section, and all the instructions on how only subscribing can change your boards username. I’ve done this and the option to change my username isnt appearing anywhere on my profile settings ?

I followed the help section, and all the instructions on how only subscribing can change your boards username.

I’ve done this and the option to change my username isnt appearing anywhere on my profile settings ?
