Yzf600 issue

    I have a 1997 yzf 600 nut came off the sprocket flattened the threads on the crank shaft I got the dye to re thread the shaft an I got a new nut I put the new nut on and went to tighten it I can feel the threads on the shaft weak I don't want to pull them flat again by over tightening , what should I do?? All answers welcome including the roast's
