    Hi folks
    Currently bidding on an apartment in the seven oaks complex on sarsfield road. Just looking to see if anyone has any feedback or know of any issues here. All help greatly appreciated 😊

    I used to live next door in Floraville so can't comment on the actual complex, but in terms of the area itself we never had any issues. Good bus service into town, lovely walks down the Liffey close by. Only "big" shop in walking distance is the Tesco express in Inchicore which is a bit annoying. Ideally you'd have a car to get to Lidl/Aldi/bigger Tesco in Ballyfermot. The Black Lion is a decent pub within walking distance as your local, wouldn't be going to Ruby's across the way from the apartments personally.

    Have had no problems or issues relayed from the tenants.
