I ordered two throws off Amazon in Mid November. They were due to arrive on the 24th. It was from a third party in the UK and they charged about £30 delivery.
I contacted them on the 28th and they said they were out for dispatch. I received a package on the 1st and it contained only one throw. I contacted them again and they said they packed my package and can remember putting in two.
They agreed to send me another one and gave me a Royal Mail tracking number.
When I try and track it on the Royal Mail Site or An Post. I just get no package, we've yet to receive a package with this number.

Any advice?
