I use the star diagnostics daily actually it’s referred to as XENTRY now. But you don’t need that to find out which one is faulty any diagnostics should point you in the right direction but we specialise in merc and bmw so if ya wana give me the year and model and maybe what the issue is il point you in the right direction.

As the other poster said - dpf soot accumulation,
Just the engine light on-yes, otherwise the car runs fine, all gears/revs and full power...was thanking someone to check the dpf out if its full and try a forced regen-if possible and will sort it out, can your diagnostic help if so please?
    Thank you.
