Android OS

I installed ANdroid OS on my laptops operating system this morning. I burned the ISO image onto a disk. I then changed the BIOS from UEFI to Legacy and installed the OS to my system. Everything was installed and when I went back into BIOS and changed back to UEFI the windows OS is now gone. I had partitioed the drive earlier in the day but it seems it is lost now. Is there anyway I can recover this?

Have you got a live USB or CD to see what the current partition layout is?

yes i have. i followed the instructions and it seems that the grub window is missing when i boot. i have installed grub to win so I will give it another go and see if it works.
