    Hi.

I've been on a Clerical Officer panel for over a year and a half, interview was in April 2019.

Yesterday I received first email with EOI. I'm currently due a baby in February and wondering can I still apply for the vacancy and what happens If I get further in the process and offered the position? Can I accept and start after my maternity leave next September?

    Thank you

Yes you can or even before mat leave

Someone I worked with started and went out on mat leave a few weeks later..
It's in your interest to do so as it counts towards time in your department in the event something internal comes up after 2 years.
