    Thank you for getting in touch. 

    You mentioned there is no power. Have you checked to see if there is an outage? If not, have you checked the trip switch and fuse board?

    Customers are billed approximately every two months.You may not be due a bill yet.

    If you would like us to check your account, please provide the following details by private message: 

    - Your name as it appears on the account
    - Your account number
    - Your contact number
    - The first line of your address
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (Yes/No)

    ESB networks didn't have an outage in my area, I called them and it came back on, I'll pm you anyway just for peace of mind.
