    Hi,
We were due to complete on our new house purchase today and our buyer pulled out at the last minute. We are looking at other options so we can still buy our new house, with the potential of a buy to let mortgage on our current house, is this the best solution and how long does it typically take to convert your mortgage to a buy to let?
