HP ELITEBOOK 840 - SOME KEYS NOT WORKING

B AND n KEY DONT WORK, well at least sometimes. It's a pretty well sealed keyboard - keys do not remove like the normal "scissor" ones. On removal the replacement keyboard is flat - nothing serviceable. My next option is blast of air.

Any other ideas to get this keyboard back working... I could get a replacement of course.

keyboards are usually a pretty cheap part to replace

check ebay for your model

Thanks.. yes next thing... Just posted this to see is there any other opinions about this problem..

Its second elitebook laptop I have with same problem....Different keys the last one...replaced with backlit keyboard for 20gbp
