You need to buy specific pelleted chocolate basically - its high cocoa butter not just high cocoa content and there's also usually a rather scary amount of vegetable oil to aid the viscosity.

Also jumping on here. Does anyone know where to buy suitable chocolate or anywhere that sells chocolate chips for it?
    Thank you
