Pillow sizes

Looking at pillows for 3 x double beds. I see standard pillow size is 75cm, x 2 = 150cm. A double bed is 135cm, meaning an overhang of 15cm across both sides. Is this right? I also see narrower pillows, 65/66cm but these seem to be rarer and would need smaller pillow cases. Should I just go for the standard?
