    I bought and paid for a CD with CD World. They say it shipped on 10th Nov but it never arrived. My initial complaint answered but now ignored.
    No physical shops as they are online only now.

    Has anybody else suffered the same poor customer service?

    At a time when other Irish businesses are bending over backwards to get and retain my business I really can't understand why CD World are behaving like this.
