Do you just need the respray where the undercoat is showing through the paint or the entire car?
Does it have to be "back to new"?

    Could be anywhere between 2K - 6k.
    Ring local shops and ask.

Without knowing what work is involved how can you tell it's robbery? Painting is easy to do badly, it takes time and skill to do it right.

Whatever about robbery or not it doesn't sound economical for an 07 vehicle.
