Anyone read this? Third part of the Moon trilogy [what was the second?] by Duncan Jones and Alex di Campi. A list of artists including Bisley, Fabry and Weston. Probably a sure bet that Duncan Jones read a lot of 2000 ADs around 1990. (Not a bad thing.)
