ESPP Tax Filing

    Hi

    Hoping someone can help on a query on ESPP as I haven't been able to find clear guidance

    I participate in an ESPP scheme at work, where we purchase the shares at a 15% discount. I have paid RTSO tax and submitted RTOS1 forms in 2019 and 2020. The amount of tax paid was less than 5K in 2019 and also in 2020.

    As I'm a PAYE worker, do I need to include this on the form 12 in myaccount, and what section does that fall under?

    Or do I need to submit a form 11 return just for this? And how do I go about registering for that?
