Buying two new cars at once, are there deals to be had?

So my brother and I are both looking at getting a new car for for 2021. We're looking at getting a new Golf GTI and a GTE from a Volkswagen dealer that we both had previously purchased cars from. My brother had bought a new Golf in 2018 and I picked up a used 2016 last year. (We'll be trading these in against the new ones).

I was wondering if it's likely that they would give any discount off the cars since we're buying two new (expensive enough, probably €100k total) ones at the same time and we're repeat customers or is that just wishful thinking?

Has anyone had experience doing anything similar?

It’s worth pushing for a deal alright .. but the only way you can see how good a deal you are getting is by going to 2 or 3 VW dealers and see what they are offering.

Don’t be expecting any whopper discounts on two new golfs mind you
