I can't think of a single person who had ever been to Spain.

Would you recommend it for a family holiday?

Yes it's a great city, Mr Tourist Board. You can hire bikes and cycle in the dry river bed, and the old town is lovely. Last time I was there it was full of people covered in tomatoes who had been at that tomatina thing which happens nearby.

I'm more a north west green Spain person myself.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

    Hello,

the Beaches in Juan Carlos I

Not going to any beaches named after him.
He was as crooked as a dog's back leg. Where is he now - over with the Arabs?

To be fair to the Irish, there is no such thing as The Charlie Haughey beaches.

i love spain but valencia was one of thee most unfriendly cities ive ever visited , the entire place had a real attitude , its beautiful to look at otherwise

stuff that happened me and my fiancee

rudely treated by staff in most restaraunts

effectively arrested for not swiping properly on a tram , we bought a travel pass for a week on the first day but apparently we were supposed to swipe it at each tram stop before getting on , no signs in english so we missed the one near the beach , police were checking at city centre stop and they kept my fiancee confined to a tram depot bench while i went back to our apartment for an ATM card in order to withdraw twenty euro cash to pay the fine , they told us if we didnt pay it , they would accompany us back to our accomodation so we would pay said fine

the arts and sciences museum looks great from the outside but is a real dud inside , the aquarium had a ninety minute quee for tickets and all the staff were rude , the zoo was good

we went to majorca the following year and loved it , the flamenco show in valencia was amazing however but they were from andalucia
