Hi, I am receiving a Storeroom property back into my name shortly I do know the building went under a renovation a couple of years back. I also know that it was the company that occupied the building that paid for the renovation & subsequently the Business claimed the VAT back and offset the rest against tax. My question…

Hi,
I am receiving a Storeroom property back into my name shortly I do know the building went under a renovation a couple of years back. I also know that it was the company that occupied the building that paid for the renovation & subsequently the Business claimed the VAT back and offset the rest against tax.
My question is how do I know there is not any outstanding RENOVATION VAT bill remaining on the property?
